Reception Signage

In short

Reception signage is the logo, lettering or branded wall that greets visitors at an office, hotel or clinic front desk. Exhibition Printing Riyadh makes 3D letters, logo walls and backlit reception logos in acrylic, metal and wood in its Riyadh factory, then delivers and installs them across Saudi Arabia.

The reception wall is where a brand is photographed, filmed for social media and seen by every candidate, client and guest who walks in. It deserves more than a printed board. Reception signage gives the logo physical depth, a finish that matches the interior, and often light.

Three builds cover most briefs. Flat-cut 3D letters in acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium or wood, fixed on hidden studs a few millimetres off the wall so they cast a soft shadow. A logo wall, where a panel in wood, ACP or painted acrylic forms a backdrop and the logo sits on it in a contrasting material. A backlit logo, with LEDs placed behind standoff letters for a halo or inside face-lit letters for a brighter glow, which keeps the desk area lit after office hours. Hotels and clinics often add department names in the same style so the lobby reads as one system.

Every piece is cut on laser and CNC machines in Riyadh, which keeps letter edges clean even at small sizes. Send a straight-on photo of the wall, its width and your logo file, and the free design consultation will return a scaled mock-up and a material recommendation. Installation is available across the Kingdom.

How is a 3D reception logo made?

We start from your vector logo, scale it to the wall and separate it into letters and shapes. Each piece is cut from acrylic, metal or wood on laser or CNC machines, edges are polished or finished, and colour is applied by sheet choice, paint or UV print. Mounting studs are fixed to the back, and a drilling template is produced so the installer places every letter exactly where the mock-up showed it. If lighting is included, LED modules and a driver are wired before the sign leaves the Riyadh factory.

How do I choose between acrylic, metal and wood?

Look at the surfaces already in the reception. Glossy acrylic suits modern, colourful interiors and gives exact brand colours. Brushed stainless or aluminium suits law firms, hotels and anyone who wants a quiet, expensive look. Wood suits hospitality, wellness and heritage-themed spaces. A logo wall lets you mix them, for example wooden slats behind white acrylic letters. If the desk is in use after dark or the lobby is dim, add backlighting; it changes the mood more than any material choice.

How long does it last and how do I care for it?

Indoors, acrylic, metal and finished wood keep their look for many years. Dust the letters with a soft dry cloth and wipe acrylic with a damp microfibre cloth; avoid alcohol or glass cleaners on acrylic, which can craze the surface. Check backlit signs once a year for dimmed modules, which we can replace. If the brand changes, letters can usually be swapped on the same wall using a new template, so keep the drawing we send you.

All FAQs
Which material is best for a reception logo?

Acrylic gives the widest colour choice, metal the most premium feel and wood the warmest look. Match it to the interior; many receptions combine two materials.

Can the reception logo be illuminated?

Yes. We place LEDs behind standoff letters for a halo effect or inside face-lit letters for a stronger glow, and plan the power point with you.

How big should the reception sign be?

As a rule the logo should fill roughly a third to a half of the visible wall width behind the desk. We confirm the size with a mock-up on your wall photo.

Do you install reception signage outside Riyadh?

Yes. We deliver and install across Saudi Arabia, and installation can be arranged outside working hours on request.

Can you fix letters to a glass or stone wall?

Yes, with the right method: stone takes drilled studs, glass takes adhesive pads or a mounted backing panel. Tell us the surface and we plan the fixing.

Can we see the sign before it is made?

Yes. The free design consultation includes a scaled mock-up placed on a photo of your wall, so size, position and colour are agreed before cutting.

What happens if we rebrand later?

Letters can be removed and new ones placed on the same wall. Keep the drilling template we supply, and small holes from the old studs are filled during installation.
