Indoor Flags

In short

Indoor flags bring brand colour to a reception desk, a conference stage or an exhibition stand, where the flag hangs still and is seen from a few metres away. We print them in Riyadh with the focus on colour accuracy and a tidy drape, and supply desk flags, floor stands and wall mounts on request across Saudi Arabia.

On a conference stage the flag is in every photograph of every speaker. In a reception it is the first branded object a visitor walks past. Neither place has wind, sun or dust, so the questions change: how true are the colours, and how does the fabric fall when nothing is lifting it?

We answer the first with print settings tuned for close viewing rather than distance. The second comes down to fabric weight and layout. A slightly heavier cloth drops into even folds instead of clinging to the pole, and placing the logo in the upper part of the flag keeps it clear of the folds at the bottom. Our designers check this on your artwork before anything is printed, at no charge.

Formats run from a desk flag beside a nameplate to a floor-standing flag beside a stage, with stands, bases and wall fittings available on request. If the room is formal and the flag will be viewed from both sides, step up to a satin double side flag. For most stands, showrooms and lobbies, a standard indoor flag does the job at lower cost. Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days, with delivery anywhere in the Kingdom.

How large should an indoor flag be for the room?

Measure ceiling height first, then the stand. The flag should hang clear of the floor and not be crowded by the ceiling. Consider it against other items in view, such as a stage backdrop or a reception wall. Rooms with a low ceiling usually suit a shorter flag on a floor stand, or a wall-mounted version. A desk flag is best for meeting tables and small reception counters.

How do I make a flag look good when it just hangs?

Choose a fabric with a little weight, because it falls in neat folds. Keep your logo towards the upper area and close to the pole, since the rest will fold. If a flag sits in a row of several, keep the logos the same height. Avoid long sentences, as only parts will show. A stand with a heavier base also stops the flag from leaning.

How do I keep an indoor flag looking good?

Dust gently, and position it away from bright windows, which fade fabric, and clear of air-conditioning vents, which keep it moving and collecting dust. Roll it or fold it softly with clean tissue between uses. Light creases usually fall out after hanging for a day or so, or they can be removed using a cool iron through a cloth. Keep stands and poles in their boxes, since scratched gold tops look tired.

Indoor Flags: common questions

All FAQs
Can indoor flags be used outside?

They are not designed for it, because indoor fabrics are not chosen for sun and wind. For exposed locations, choose an outdoor flag.

Do you supply desk flags and floor stands?

Yes, desk flags and floor stands are available on request. Tell us your space and we will suggest a suitable format.

How is an indoor flag different from a satin double side flag?

A standard indoor flag is the simpler, usually more affordable choice for general displays. A satin double side flag is the formal option, reading correctly from both sides.

How do I remove creases from a new indoor flag?

Hang it for a day or so, since most creases drop out. For stubborn ones, use a cool iron through a cloth, or a gentle steam, testing on a hidden spot first.

Can you match a row of flags for several brands?

Yes, if you share each brand's artwork and any usage rules. We can keep size and logo height the same across the row.

Where should the logo go if the flag will be draped?

Place it high and close to the pole so it stays visible in the folds. We can check the position with a simple mock-up before printing.
