Cap Printing

In short

Cap printing places your logo on the front panel of caps worn by exhibition promo teams, outdoor activation staff, delivery crews and giveaway recipients. Exhibition Printing Riyadh prints caps in its Riyadh factory, fits the artwork to the curved panel before production and delivers to event venues and offices across Saudi Arabia.

Outdoor activations in Saudi Arabia run under strong sun, and a cap is the one branded item a promo team will wear all day without being asked. It also solves the sizing problem that T-shirts create: one adjustable cap fits almost everyone, so a giveaway box needs no size sorting.

The front panel is the whole canvas. It is small, curved and often split by a centre seam, so a wide wordmark or a logo with fine detail loses shape on it. We reduce the artwork to the version that stays legible at roughly the width of a palm, then confirm the proof with you. For logos with several colours, or a run of a few dozen caps, DTF transfer is normally the practical method.

Order caps alongside your crew tees or uniforms and the team reads as one brand from head to toe. Styles, colours and closures can be supplied on request, and we can check whether caps you already own are suitable for printing. Design help is free, standard orders take 2-5 business days, and delivery reaches every region of the Kingdom.

Which cap style prints best?

The front decides it. A five-panel cap has a single flat front with no centre seam, so a logo sits cleanly across it. A six-panel cap has a seam down the middle, and designs must work around it. Structured caps hold their shape and give a firm print surface, while soft unstructured ones can wrinkle under the logo. Trucker caps with a foam front and mesh back are light and airy, a useful choice for outdoor crews.

Print or embroider: what suits my logo?

A printed transfer handles gradients, small text and many colours, and it keeps the front lightweight. Embroidery looks more premium but holds less detail, so very small letters may blur. It also tends to last on caps that get handled a lot. Embroidery is available on request, so ask when you want a more formal look. For a large promotional giveaway with a colourful logo, printing is often the more practical route.

How do I care for a printed cap?

Do not machine wash a structured cap, as the drum can crush its shape and the print. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap, or hand wash it gently, and let it air dry away from direct heat. Avoid scrubbing over the logo. Sweat and sun are the usual causes of wear on caps in Saudi conditions, so leaving caps on a hot vehicle dashboard all day will shorten their life.

Cap Printing: common questions

Quick answers about our services, timing, artwork and delivery. Have another question? Call or WhatsApp us.

All FAQs
What kind of logo works best on a cap?

Simple, bold logos usually read best because the front panel is small and curved. Send your artwork and we will advise on size and any adjustments.

Can you print on caps I already have?

This may be possible on request, depending on the cap's material and shape. Share a photo or sample details and we will confirm.

Should I choose caps or T-shirts for a giveaway?

Choose caps when you want easy distribution and outdoor visibility, and T-shirts when you want a larger print area. Many campaigns combine both.

Do caps come in sizes?

Most promotional caps use an adjustable back closure such as a strap or snap, so one size fits most people. This keeps distribution simple. Tell us if you need fitted or child sizes and we will check availability.

Can you embroider a logo instead of printing?

Embroidery is available on request. It suits simple logos and gives a more formal look, but very small text and thin lines may need to be simplified first.

What cap colour keeps a logo easy to read?

Choose a cap colour with strong contrast against the logo, such as a light logo on navy or black. For outdoor use in strong sun, a lighter cap also stays cooler to wear.
