Custom lanyards are the printed straps that carry a conference badge, an exhibitor pass or a staff ID, and they are read every time two people meet. Our Riyadh factory prints them by sublimation, silk screen or DTF on polyester or satin, adds metal hooks on request, and delivers to event organisers and companies across Saudi Arabia.
Think about the registration desk at a conference. Every delegate collects a badge, and the strap it hangs from is the one branded item that stays in view for the whole day, in every conversation and every photograph. Sponsors know this, which is why lanyards are usually the first thing an event agency orders after the badges themselves.
Choosing one comes down to two decisions. The first is the print. Sublimation dyes a full-colour design into the strap, edge to edge, so it suits sponsor logos in several colours, gradients and patterns. Silk screen lays solid ink on the surface, which is the economical route for a one or two-colour logo, including white on a dark strap. DTF transfers detailed, multi-colour artwork onto dark straps and suits shorter runs and department variations.
The second decision is the strap and fitting. Polyester is the everyday choice for staff and large events, satin adds a soft sheen for VIP and speaker passes, and a metal hook replaces the basic clip when the lanyard will be worn daily or carry a heavier holder. Send your logo, quantity and event date, and our team will recommend a combination free of charge. Standard orders typically take 2 to 5 business days, with rush production on request and delivery across the Kingdom.

Which type of lanyard should I pick?
Decide in two steps. For the print, sublimation suits many colours and photos, silk screen suits simple solid logos, and DTF suits fine detail on dark straps. For the strap and fitting, polyester handles daily work, satin dresses up guest passes, and a metal hook helps when cards come on and off all day. A common mix is polyester with a metal hook for staff and satin for VIP guests.
What strap width works best?
Narrow straps are light and discreet, but they leave little room for a logo, especially a long Arabic and English name. Wider straps give text more height and cost a little more in material. Measure the height of your logo at its smallest readable size, then choose a width that leaves a small margin above and below it. We can show a layout on your chosen width before printing.
How long will a lanyard last and how should it be stored?
Daily wear usually attacks the fitting and the fold at the neck before the print. Sublimated straps resist rubbing best, while surface prints can wear slowly where they bend or rub. Keep spare lanyards flat or loosely coiled, out of direct sun and away from damp. Replace any strap with a bent clip or worn stitching, because that is where a card gets lost.

Best for
Good to know
Sublimation on polyester
Full-colour designs, sponsor logos and patterns
Needs a light base, so dark backgrounds are printed as part of the design
Silk screen
Simple logos in a few solid colours, larger runs
Each colour needs its own screen, so gradients are not suitable
DTF transfer
Detailed multi-colour logos on dark straps, shorter runs
Sits on the surface, so you may feel a slight film
Satin strap
VIP passes, conferences and formal occasions
Dressier look, but polyester is more practical for rough daily use
Metal hook fitting
Daily staff use and hard badge holders
Styles and breakaway fittings are on request

Lanyard Printing: common questions
Quick answers about our services, timing, artwork and delivery. Have another question? Call or WhatsApp us.
Choose sublimation for full-colour designs, silk screen for simple solid-colour logos, and DTF for detailed artwork on dark straps. We can recommend one after seeing your logo.
How long does a lanyard order take?
Standard orders typically take 2-5 business days. Rush production is available on request if your event date is close.
Do you deliver lanyards outside Riyadh?
Yes, we deliver across Saudi Arabia. Share your city when you request a quote and we will confirm the delivery details.
Should I print on one side or both sides of the strap?
Print both sides if the lanyard will be worn all day, because straps twist and the blank side often ends up facing out. One side is fine for short events on a tighter budget.
Can staff, visitors and contractors have different colours?
Yes, and it is a practical way for security to tell groups apart at a glance. Keep the logo the same and change the strap colour or a printed word such as VISITOR.
Do you supply the ID card holder with the lanyard?
Card holders can be supplied on request and attached for you. Tell us your card size so that we can match the holder to it.
