ACP signboards are shop and building signs built from aluminium composite panels on a metal frame, giving a flat, rigid face at large sizes. Exhibition Printing Riyadh CNC cuts and folds them in Riyadh for retail chains, showrooms and commercial buildings, then adds printed or raised branding and installs across Saudi Arabia.
Walk down any commercial street in Riyadh and most of the fascias you see are ACP. The reason is practical: the panel is two thin aluminium skins bonded to a core, so a sign three or four metres wide stays flat, resists heat and weighs little enough to fix on an ordinary frame.
We treat an ACP signboard as a frame-and-face project. The frame is sized to your fascia, the panels are routed and folded on our CNC machines so edges turn cleanly around corners, and the face carries your branding in whatever form suits the viewing distance: UV printed graphics, cut vinyl, or raised acrylic and metal letters, with LED illumination if you want evening presence. Panel colours and finishes are available on request.
The build also scales. A chain opening its tenth branch can send us the same artwork and frontage dimensions and receive a matching sign each time. Where the whole facade needs covering rather than one branded strip, that becomes an ACP cladding job, and the two are often planned together. We survey the frontage before fabrication, so send photos and rough measurements to start.

What should I check in an ACP panel?
Look at the surface coating and the core. PVDF coatings hold colour better outdoors than basic polyester ones, which matters on a sun-facing frontage. Panels also differ in skin thickness, and thin skins dent more easily during handling. Standard panels have a polyethylene core, while fire-retardant cores exist for projects that specify them. Ask what grade is being quoted, since panels that look alike can perform very differently.
How should the sign be built on a frontage?
A good ACP sign is routed and folded into a tray, then fixed to a steel or aluminium frame, so no raw edges show. Plan the joints early on wide fascias, because panels come in set sheet sizes and a seam through a letter looks careless. Check what sits behind too: old fixings, cables or uneven plaster can all change the frame design.
How does ACP hold up, and how do I keep it clean?
The panel itself handles sun and dust well. What ages first is often the attached vinyl, and the sealant in the joints, so check those during routine cleaning. Wash with water and a mild detergent using a soft sponge, and avoid scourers that mark the coating. Metallic finishes can show direction, so all panels in one sign need the same grain direction.

What affects the price of ACP Signboards
01
Panel grade and finishHigher-grade coatings, metallic finishes and special cores cost more than standard colours.
02
Frontage sizeWide fascias use more panels and a longer supporting frame.
03
LetteringVinyl is the simplest route, while raised or lit letters add fabrication and wiring.
04
Installation heightWork above reach may need scaffolding or lifting equipment, which adds to the cost.
What to send us
Vector logo, with Arabic and English names both supplied.
Width and height of the fascia, and where any obstacles sit.
Straight-on photo of the frontage, taken from across the road if possible.

ACP Signboards: common questions
Quick answers about our services, timing, artwork and delivery. Have another question? Call or WhatsApp us.
ACP stands for aluminium composite panel. It has two aluminium skins bonded to a core, giving a light but rigid sign face.
Can I add LED letters to an ACP signboard?
Yes. ACP makes a strong backing for illuminated letters, and we can plan the lighting and panel together from the start.
Do you survey the shopfront first?
Yes, where the job calls for it. Site dimensions and fixing conditions shape the frame and panel layout, so we confirm them before fabrication.
Can I change the branding later without replacing the panels?
Often, yes. Vinyl and printed graphics can be redone on sound panels, and raised letters can be swapped, though old fixing holes need to be planned for.
Can an ACP sign be double-sided?
Yes. Projecting and freestanding signs can be built as a box with a face on each side, which helps people approaching from both directions.
Will dust make an ACP sign look dirty quickly?
Dust settles on any exterior sign, but it washes off smooth ACP easily. Mid-tone and metallic colours hide it better than very dark gloss.
