Safety vest printing adds a company name, logo or role title such as Marshal or Supervisor to high-visibility vests for event crews, exhibition build-up teams and worksites. Exhibition Printing Riyadh prints vests in its Riyadh factory, keeps the reflective strips uncovered and delivers to venues, warehouses and sites across Saudi Arabia.
Exhibition build-up looks like a construction site for two days. Contractors, stand builders, AV crews and venue staff all move through the same hall, and the printed vest is how a floor manager tells them apart. The same logic applies to crowd marshals at a public event and to permanent crews in warehouses, logistics yards and factories.
The print has to work around the vest. Reflective tape runs across the chest and back, and covering it defeats the vest, so we plan the artwork in the clear areas between the strips. Vest fabric is often a light mesh or thin polyester, and we review the actual vest before choosing the print method. Bold, high-contrast lettering reads from across a hall; a detailed logo does not.
One order can mix titles, for example twenty vests marked Crew, five marked Supervisor and two marked Safety Officer. If a venue or client demands a specific standard, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what we can supply rather than assume. Vest colours and pocket styles are available on request, standard production takes 2-5 business days, and we deliver to sites anywhere in the Kingdom.

Mesh or solid fabric: which vest should I choose?
Mesh is cooler and suits outdoor crews in hot weather, but open holes break up fine detail, so bold lettering works best. Solid polyester gives a smoother print and a cleaner look for logos, though it feels warmer in summer. Also consider the closure: a hook-and-loop front can tear away if caught on machinery, while a zip looks tidier. Pockets and ID holders are useful for supervisors. Availability of each is confirmed on request.
How much can I print before visibility suffers?
A hi-vis vest works through its fluorescent background and retroreflective tape. Do not print over the tape, as it can reduce night-time reflection, and keep large solid logos modest so the fluorescent area remains visible. Standards such as ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 set minimum visible areas, so a large print could affect compliance on a certified vest. If your contract names a standard, tell us before we plan the layout.
When should a printed vest be replaced?
Replace it when the colour has clearly faded, the reflective tape is cracked or peeling, or the fabric is torn or heavily soiled. Strong sun, dust and frequent washing all wear down a vest. A readable company name does not mean the vest still does its safety job, so inspect them routinely. Follow the care label, avoid bleach and high heat, and let vests air dry, as heat can damage both tape and print.

Safety Vest Printing: common questions
Quick answers about our services, timing, artwork and delivery. Have another question? Call or WhatsApp us.
Are your safety vests certified to a specific standard?
Please tell us the standard your site or client requires before ordering, and we will confirm what is available. We do not assume a certification applies unless it is confirmed for your order.
Where should the logo go on a safety vest?
A small logo on the chest and your company name or role title on the back works well for most teams. We will adjust the layout to keep reflective strips clear.
Can you print on vests we already own?
This may be possible on request, depending on the vest's material. Send us the details or a sample photo and we will confirm.
Does printing affect a vest's visibility?
It can if the print covers reflective tape or too much fluorescent fabric. We keep tape clear and suggest modest logo sizes, and any certified vest should be checked against its standard's requirements.
Can each vest carry an individual name?
Personalised names can be discussed on request. Send a clear list with each name, role and size, ideally in a spreadsheet, so it is easy to check before printing.
Should vest wording be in Arabic or English?
That depends on who needs to read it on site. Many teams use both, with role titles in Arabic and English, and we can size them so each language stays readable at a distance.
