Exhibition and event branding is everything that carries your name on the show floor: stand graphics, backdrops, banners, roll-ups, flags and venue dressing. Exhibition Printing Riyadh prints and fabricates it all in one Riyadh factory for exhibitors, event agencies and marketing teams, then delivers and installs anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
A stand has roughly three seconds to earn a visitor's glance, and most of that work is done by graphics: a backdrop that shows what you sell, a headline readable from the aisle, and a logo at eye level. We design and print those pieces together so the stand reads as one message rather than a collection of parts.
What goes into a typical order? Printed backdrops and fabric walls for the stand, roll-up banners for the entrance and seminar rooms, hanging banners and flags for the hall, counters and shaped elements cut on our CNC and laser machines, plus table covers, lanyards and staff shirts printed on the same site. Because UV printing, DTF and silicone screen printing all run under one roof in Riyadh, colours stay consistent across every item.
Timing is the part exhibitors underestimate. Share the venue, stand size and build-up date early, and we will work back from the show. Standard orders take around 2-5 business days plus delivery; rush production is possible on request. Installation teams are available for stands and venue dressing, and we deliver to exhibition centres and hotels across the Kingdom.

Banners, flags, balloons or displays: what should I order first?
Start with what visitors must do. To find you from the road, use flags and a large banner. To draw attention to an opening, add balloons, especially for a family audience. Indoors at an exhibition, a stand display and backdrop usually matter most, and a roll-up helps at a meeting point or side table. If budget is tight, one clear banner at the entrance often does more than several small items.
How do I make outdoor graphics readable and weather-ready?
Keep the message to a name, an offer and a contact or location, in high contrast. As a rule of thumb, allow about 2.5 cm of letter height for every 3 metres of reading distance. Use mesh or a wind-suited material on exposed fences, and tie banners at every eyelet so wind cannot start a tear. Sun fades colours over time, so tell us how long the branding will stay up.
How do I look after branding and reuse it?
Clean with a soft damp cloth and let banners and flags dry fully before storing, because damp material can mark or grow mildew. Roll PVC banners rather than folding them, as folds leave lasting creases. Inspect hems and eyelets after windy days. Keep the date out of your main design if you want reuse across events, and print dated details on a smaller replaceable panel. Dust is a fact of Saudi outdoor events, so plan a quick clean.

Exhibition & Event Branding: common questions
Quick answers about our services, timing, artwork and delivery. Have another question? Call or WhatsApp us.
Which outdoor branding should I choose for an event?
Use banners for your main message, flags for height at entrances and balloons for attention at openings. Share your venue and we will suggest a suitable mix.
Will outdoor items handle the Saudi climate?
We use climate-durable materials for outdoor items and choose them to suit your location and display period. Tell us how long the branding will be up so we can advise.
Can you handle a rush order before an event?
Rush production is available on request, subject to the items and quantity. Contact us with your event date as early as you can.
Do I need a permit for an outdoor banner?
Possibly, as street-facing advertising is usually subject to municipal rules, and venues and landlords may have their own. Check with the relevant authority or venue before installing, because we cannot confirm approval on your behalf.
Can I reuse my banners and flags at the next event?
Often yes, if they are stored dry and rolled, and the design carries no date. Check for fading and worn edges first, as damaged pieces can make a brand look neglected.
Can you install my branding outside Riyadh?
Installation support is available on request, so ask us with your venue and dates. If on-site help is not practical, we can deliver items prepared for your own team to hang, with fixing guidance.
